Puss in Boots, from the fairy tale of the same name. Adapted into Fairy Tale Parade #2 --- https://comicbookplus.com/?dlid=20646 page 49 --- by an uncredited artist. It's a cute cat, though, and the original story has some nice casual transformation going on and that I might return to. The cat's head is a hard thing to get right but I like the flow of his back into his legs here.
