RULES
Basics
~ Please provide specific details for your commission. I need to make sure I know exactly what you want me to draw for you. Include references of your characters.
~ I will show you a WIP of the sketch if you so desire. This way, you can see if your commission is coming along the way you want.
~ I AM FREE TO DECLINE YOUR COMMISSION FOR ANY REASON. Please do not pay me until I have agreed to draw your commission.
~ Please contact me on my Discord server to discuss your commission. PM me for my Discord username.

Permitted and Off-Limits Content
~ I am an expert on tickle art, and I will almost always jump to an opportunity to draw someone being tickled. However, I am also open to try to draw the following content:
~~~ genitalia, breasts, nipples, urine, and nearly any other form of fetishism that isn’t in the next paragraph (bondage, foot fetish, etc.)
~~~~~ NOTE: Please ask me about which fetishism I am comfortable with drawing.

~ I will absolutely NOT draw pictures with any of the following content:
~~~ racism, sexism, feminism, homophobia, or any other form of prejudice
~~~ pedophilia, necrophilia, beastiality, or any other form of inappropriate and illegal sexual contact
~~~ animal crushing, asphyxiation, domestic abuse, or any other form of intense and/or inappropriate fetishism
~~~ major gore, semen, fecal matter, regurgitation, or any other related content
~~~~~ NOTE: The last item on this list may be subject to change in the future, but the rest of the material and relating subjects on the list are final.

Finances
~ Half the payment must be made upfront before I begin drawing. The other half must be paid upon completion.
~ If you choose to cancel your commission after you have paid the first half of your payment, you will be given a 75% refund.

~ I accept payment through PayPal. I will initiate the money exchange by requesting money from you. This will prevent complications between myself and PayPal.
~ Tips are always welcome, though not at all required. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Timespan / Notifications
~ I will TRY to get your commission finished within two weeks, though I may also require more time for larger and more complex commissions. I will do my best to have your commission finished at a reasonable time. All I ask for is your patience and understanding.
~~~ The moment I begin drawing your commission is the moment the time period begins. I cannot work on multiple commissions at once. You may have to wait a few extra days or weeks for me to begin drawing your commission if I am currently working on someone else’s.
~ You can cancel your commission if you wish BEFORE I BEGIN DRAWING YOUR COMMISSION, and you will be given a 75% refund. You cannot cancel your commission once I have started drawing. I will let you know once I am about to begin drawing your commission, so make your decision then.

Miscellaneous
~ I will try to incorporate minor changes to your finished art piece (i.e. minor coloring changes, small added effects, etc.) upon request. However, I will NOT make large, drastic changes, NOR will I completely start the art piece all over.
~ You must be able to keep in regular contact with me. If you fail to contact me back within 48 HOURS, I will put your commission on hold, and only once I have completed another commission will I resume yours. If you fail to contact me back within 72 HOURS after your commission has been put on hold, I will consider your commission cancelled. You will NOT get a refund for this.
~~~ If you know you will not be able to contact me for a long period of time for whatever reason, PLEASE let me know. I will put your commission on hold, but I will NOT cancel it. However, this does mean that you may have to wait until I have finished the next commission before I can resume yours.
