Another pic from the "Finish Me, Dammit!" pile, which I did to tide me over until I can get the next lineart for my Sailor Scout series.
This time, Kestra, the bimbo sorceress - who at this point has been turned into a frog more times than she's put on a reasonable outfit for her profession - tangles with a dreaded lich, whose name she didn't feel was important enough to learn. All she knew was that he claimed to be a powerful spellcaster and Kestra, ever the jealous type, had to prove she was stronger.
The lich did not take kindly to her intrusion, nor did he appreciate her disparaging remarks about his appearance. So, once again, Kestra is hopping home. She should be glad she's not spending the rest of eternity as a zombie slave, but instead she's just mad at the lich for getting a lucky shot, because that's obviously how he got the better of her.
