Well, I do have some ideas for the Potion Shop series but I mainly have ideas for some original Choose Your Own Adventure series that you might like:
1. You could try going back to the Tucked Away series. I can see the plot of that series being that scientists have discovers that due to the world's overpopulation all resources running dangerously low. To avoid the crisis they will have to turn one half of the world population into privates of the other half. Or it could be a old tradition for many of generations of this world that after every thousand years half the world's population must becomes other half privates in order to avoid overpopulating.

2. A original Choose Your Own Adventure series that take place in a space alien sci-fi setting. The plot is kinda similar to Mass Effect and it also kinda inspired by Star Trek aliens have invaded and they are turning people into complete clones of them that seek out others to transform so the main character (a anthro character) and his or her space crew must travel through space going on many types of missions to stop the alien invasion. They could go on a diplomatic mission to forge a alliance with a alien race but due their traditions the Captain (the main character) must take on some form transformation. Or the Captain or a crew-mate wind up in a hostile alien environment and encounter a alien creature that wind up bounding to him or her becoming his or her living cock. Or someone of the crew must choose to merry a alien Prince or a alien Amazonian warrior Princess. Or the Captain or a crew-mate got capture by the invading aliens and they let their prisoner choose to become their one of their privates or get transform into a complete clone of one of the aliens.

3. A original Choose Your own adventure series that take place within a D&D game world. A group of individuals tumble upon a strange D&D game and decided to play it but they wind up within the game. As they make choices they will transform more into a D&D character one might becomes a huge dumb Gnoll brute, or one might becomes a hyper endowed emotionless Lizardfolk barbarian, etc.

4. A original Choose Your own adventure series about a group of individuals tumble upon a magic spell book that can transform anyone into anything idea kinda inspired by this adult flash game call "Magic Book". After the group discovers that they have found a real spell book and decided to use it to have some fun by using it to transform themselves and others. They would soon realize they could transform anyone into anything completely when one accidentally get transform into a female porn star from a porn movie that they saw and discovers that it completely transform the person when the female porn star no memory or personality their previous selves only the personality and memories of the porn star. They could wind up transforming someone into a sexy anime cat-girl, transforming a mean old lady into a sexy cartoon character like Jessica Rabbit, turning nerd into hyper endowed dumb cavemen brute. I see a scene where would accidentally turn a female cheerleader at a mall into a huge hyper endowed male Yautja (A.K.A. the Predator from Predator movie franchise) that leads to chaos as the huge male Yautja that is wearing a small female cheerleader outfit is running around the mall wreaking havoc leading to them transforming more people into things that could fight the Yautja but it only causes more problems.

5. A original Choose Your own adventure series about a group of individuals that wind up traveling through time and space. They could wind up in a magical medieval era causing some magical shenanigans and body transformations or in a sci-fi future with aliens and robots or the prehistoric caveman era. And their choices of what things that they bring from other time periods and how they use them will effects the story.

6. A original Choose Your own adventure series about a guy or a woman that wind up in a videogame that get corrupted by a virus that causes erotic glitches and bugs to the game's world.

Okay, now there some ideas for the Potion Shop series:
1. A thief bust into the Potion Shop in middle of the night and he steal some potions but the shop owner show up because she forgot something making the thief to hide quickly within the back storage room. When the shop owner is entering in the room the thief quickly decides to drink one or more of the potions and you can decide what the shop owner see from that point.

2. There are people that are making a movie where one of the female actor must drink a transformation potion to play the role as the movie's monster.
