These noble animals are powerful, terrifying, and unique. Boars exist in some form or another across most of the globe. In the Chinese Holy Race we see the pig, in the Japanese Holy Race we see the boar.
As I have done with some other animals, sheep/goat I have stepped toward the imagery of the isle of Nippon.

People born under the sign of the Boar are seen as honest, hard working people. They are loyal and loving. They also have a high endurance for many tasks. They are known to be very trusting, leading to a gullibility. But they are good people all the same.
