So Dr. Wily plans to use biological animal warriors now to fight for him knowing that Mega Man is 3 law safe and won't harm a human.

To bad his biological weapons, ARE NO LONGER HUMAN!

I wouldn't say he's 3 Law safe... The ending to 7 had him exclaim that he's "more than just his programming" and nearly open fire, until the collapsing building distracted him. ^_~

I'm pretty sure he still can't break law 1 since the whole reason X had to be put into slumber for x amount of years was to prevent him from being able to ever break the first law, and X is basically an upgraded version of the Blue Bomber.... Then again I don't remember much of 7 other than being very annoyed by the final boss.
