might want to upgrade your firearms a bit and lighten up on the melee maybe keep the crowbar and dagger but the rest you can do without
other then that it's good

more firearms sounds good till you consider what happens when you no longer have enough ammo to gun down the hordes of zombies....

never said more firearms. just get better ones, with revolvers you need a lot of practice to be fast at reloading and even then it's still slower then a semi. also .45LC is not a common round so you'll almost never find more. same with .410. and as for the side by side, again slow reload and only two shots before reloading, so unless you're Ashley J. Williams you're not going to last long with it. as for the melee the saber is nice and you might be able to get by taking it as well(unless its a cheapo), but the golf club would be rather silly. and to be honest the crowbar is all you really need for melee though a knife isn't a bad thing.

Ah ok. Though personally I think my first step to surviving the zombie Apocalypse would be to get a boat.

make sure its a decent size that you can have a good amount of supplies and gas on

yep. sea worthy and able to dock smaller boats to it. gives you a base of operations that is pretty unlikely to be over run by zombies if you dont drop anchor any where.
