Sorry I don't have a better quality photo, I used my phone because I can't find my camera charger. I'll keep looking for it.
Anyways, me and my room mate have a ton of rice thanks to food banks so we're trying to use it as much as we can. Tonight I made a casserole with broccoli, chicken, and cheese. My roomie's never had a rice casserole before.

Thoughts: Personally I think it needs more salt, I added salt but not enough I guess. My room mate thinks it's delicious though, and it's not BAD in any sense of the word. I guess I just really like salt.
