I'm working on a request for
Jelethorim
He gave me a beautiful poetic description of his character, and so the first step for me is to convert all those words into a visual summary of the information.
Here is the description:
She may not be the tall. She may not be bountiful in her breasts or belly, wide in hips or shoulders. But she does not care, not a single bit. She, of grey fur, and white undermarkings which show as a beautiful mask to her face, and a sharp, stark contrast to her golden eyes, large eyes which are ever staring, never blinking. Oft, one may look into those eyes and get lost in them, in the unending gaze, the stanced watching, studying, and careful examination. These eyes are beautiful in their color, gorgeous, in their inner secrets, a flame no one may know of. She, of the short muzzle, no more than a foot in length, and with long ears, about a foot and a quarter each. Ears perked, listening, white inside and grey outside. She of beauty indistinct, care for things she will nog speak. A fighter.
She is rather small, standing no more than five feet tall at her eartips, which are furlifted and carefully curled back. Her pelt is long alongst her frame, no hair visible to show or delight someone to run their fingers thorugh. No, but long lashes trail from her eyes, whiskers down on either side of her cheek, showing as pokadots upon her white and gre ytinted fur. And at her nose, it is a healthy reddish pink, dark at the edges and tracing with long black Markings up to the eyes. They are a single streak on either side, yet run up and over the eyes from the top. Quite... extreemly lovely, indeed. One can delight upon this, indeed.
A small neck, white in the front, and with grey markings running long over, down her chest and across her torso. Grey markings, gifted as though a careful necklace were put into the fur and made permenant, or a tie to a black cloak behind. Along her back, the grey is darkened to black, but even in this dark, white swirls are visible, careful wirls that are etched like runes, but grow natural, not magical. White streaks are also visible down, into the long white belly fur, which covers over the chest, over the small, pert breasts, and thin stomach. The fur gives her an appearance of being large, but no, if one could dare grow close enough to touch her (and live), they would find it is only a lean, hungry body beneath. But of course, her fur is groomed, carefully. She must look good.
Along the belly, a careful mixture of marks are quite visible, from the inner thighs upwards over the chest, marking sof dark grey and tints of brown, such as her arms and the streaks on her wrists, forearms, and shoulders. Its innately beautiful, a careful extension along ones arms. Quite lovely, in her opinion, but hey, she IS a cat.
Down over the thighs and legs, down to the large feet and digrated legs. Its quite intense. Enjoyable, delightful, sensually marked; you could find it stylized as one would imagine a barbarian, but dont risk calling that to her face, not in the slightest. Her frame is light that of a puma on gray, or maybe even a lioness made smaller. A true feline inside and out, she has no cares in the world. Atleast, so she says... Her tail behind is short, a stub, but doesn tbother her.
Her garb is fit for what all felines are. But her case, of course, she does choose the best, but only in that others might find it that way. But what does it matter, why would she care, hmm? She is garbed in that of a feral queen, which she is. A crown of bound thorns and leaves rest upon her head, and that of a woven together loincloth upon her hips. Leather and with a hint of fur, she is garbed in something very fine for her form. Across her back lies a strapped scabard and blade, and at her hip, tied to a belt, is a short dagger. Finely done up on her indeed. Then again, she deserves only the best.
In my visual summary I've just been concentrating on the character herself and not on her clothing or accessories.
Mostly this is being uploaded for
Jelethorim to check and let me know if I've got anything majorly wrong, but I'm happy to hear what other people think too.
I'm imagining her as being like a serval with those huge ears.
The dark grey and brown markings, described as "stylized as one would imagine a barbarian", I'm interpreting as being similar in shape and style to those black Tribal Tattoos that you see a lot of on peoples' upper arms.

The thing about my descriptions are, you can take what you need from it. It's only as detailed as you wish ti to be. :) I put a lot of information, sure, but... How about this.
"Does it make it look better? Does it make it look worse?"
Those are the only worries. :) Trust your instinct.
