With one shoe and sock already off he's obviously anticipating some foot tickling, though I think I would see where else he might be ticklish first. Tickling the ribs and belly through his shirt, seeing if his knees might be ticklish, the armpits and if the bat might be ticklish on his wing membranes. Then I'd remove the other shoe and sock and tickle the soles of his feet for a while.
Then hide his shoes and socks somewhere, before I take his blindfold off, remove the gag and untie him. I'll tell him that if he does want to know where his footwear is, he'll have to tickle the information out of me.

Oh... Everything about this looks almost as if it was tailored to my liking. I'd just assume it was a Christmas gift for me if I found Slade like this. : D Like, I was really holding back, trying to be nice, but that's simply too much to handle, seriously. Seeing him like that, being completely helpless, gagged and blindfolded, would make me crave to wreck the poor bat with tickles, kisses, and even more tickles.
