If there was one thing about Laura that all could agree on was she was a bit of sunshine on the town, always shining through even cloudy times. Always helpful when she didn't stand to gain anything, always kind when a fake smile could've done, and always with her head high when times felt low. Her neighbors and fellow townsfolk could attest to her good-nature, but none did notice the simple gesture of hers that seemed to shine some light on their day. But any person passing through would tell you if you asked, it was her smile. Genuine and full of joy, it was like a warm feeling washing over you. Truly, she had a smile like sunshine.
