Flustered, Kamil grasped at the hat atop his head. He could've sworn it woulda looked good on him, but now he regretted putting it on.

"Ahh! It's like this darn hat is stuck to my head!" Kamil grimaced with one final tug, feeling his arms grow numb from being raised for too long. "All I wanted was to see what I'd look like as a nutcracker."

Kamil tried moving his hands, but found they were too exhausted to leave his sides. "Agh. Where's the store owner?" Lifting up a leg, Kamil took a step forward....

Or maybe he didn't? He could've sworn he did, but his leg was not responding either. What was going on?

Frusted, Kamil tried to open his mouth to yell for the employee at the store, but doing so caused his mouth to gape open. Wide eyed, he suddenly realized what was going on, but it was too late to stop it.

"Another good nutcracker, I see.... Excellent." The voice of the shopkeeper stated from right behind him.
