Shasta, Goddess of the Harvest.
Although, she's much too modest to believe those that call her a Goddess. And to be fair she really isn't, but dragons are quite magical creatures, and Shasta's mere presence brings good harvests to the surrounding areas. So in a way, she kinda does fit that description.
But whether she accepts her title or not, she takes great pride in seeing the crops in and around her territory grow big, healthy, and plentiful. After all, the better the harvests, the more the villages around her prosper. And she loves those villages! They always treat her to feasts and gifts from their surplus harvests! Treating her just like a Goddess indeed! So Shasta is happy to see such nice and generous people thriving.
Which brings us here. Shasta is enjoying a stroll through a plentiful pumpkin patch! And yes, don't be fooled by Shasta's large size herself! These are big, plump pumpkins! Fall is coming to a close, and these pumpkins are ready to be harvested! The chill of winter is already on it's way, and though Shasta's presence will bolster the growth of surrounding crops, it can't protect them from the power of Mother Nature and her cold Winters. As such, the trees have lost their leaves, and the villages prepare for the winter months. But thanks to Shasta's gifts of bountiful harvests, they will have no problem weathering the season through!
