Mother of Jay, Jessie, and RJ Manney, wife of Jack Manney. Action woman extraordinaire. Weretiger. Martial artist. Makes a damn fine batch of mincemeat cookies during the holidays. :) Started to do a character sheet for the Manney family matriarch earlier this year, but kept having hell with it. Daughter of Veronica Hammer and Shiro Tora, wife of Jack Manney, mother of Jay, Jessie, and MJ Manney. Is also a weretiger, with all the pros and cons attached to it. Currently the owner and headmistress of Brightsea Academy. Trained in the Tora School of Madhouse Martial Arts. Much like her daughter, also has a habit of taking in strays (pets, people, etc.). Has some gifts in magic after her mother's side of the family, which along with her weretiger abilities, causes her to need diapers due to the mana drain on her body. Is very affectionate, but will also rip your throat out if you harm any of her family and friends. Very much the Mama Bear (Tiger).

Bloom Ability: Age Control. Can change her age at will, and can do the same to others for limited amounts of time. Can maintain her desired age as long as she wishes, though due to the mana drain she's utterly diaper dependent no matter how old or young she is.
