Cherise and her son Skylar lived in the city of Ricota where Cherise worked at a daycare, with her son being one of the many kids she took care of. She was a patient woman who loved working with children.

One day, one of the children, who was secretly the son of a Team Union Grunt, managed to smuggle his parent’s TU Emblem to the daycare, and even managed to summon the Pokemorph tools contained within it; a Pokemorph gun and some newly invented ‘Morph Grenades’ that were made to burst and spread catalyst encoded with an algorithm set to ‘random’

This moment would go on to be infamously known as ‘The Ricota Daycare Incident’

Cherise and Skylar would end up as Omanyte morphs. As an Omanyte morph, their bodies are rather squishy, and their tentacles are capable of stretching. Their shells are attached to them via a specialized adhesive secreted from their skin. Despite this, the shells can be pulled off if the ‘adhesive strand’ is broken. However, if separated from their shell, an Omanyte morph becomes rather self-conscious and only feels better if their shells are returned to them. They can also disappear within the shells easily.
