To avoid turning over, next time let the helium fill your whole body, turning you into a slightly swoilen, squishy ballooncoon! Sure, it might make you look like you're fat, and none of your clothes will fit right, but you'll achieve the same neutral buoyancy and have basically no center of gravity!
