Perchance to Dream 15 - Preparation
A series of vignettes as we move towards Friday. Kids being kids, with touches of magic. Ruminations on duty and responsibility. Lots of Post-TF feels about what it's like to be Transformed. And perhaps, just maybe, someone turning into a little fox from social anxiety.

The chapter cuts at the arrival to the rally, since I want to give that a bit more care.
In any case, the MOOD MUSIC for this chapter and the next is a good one. It's the sort of thing where I'm wary of putting actual lyrics in a thing I want to have published, but the lyrics do fit Epiphany and their philosophy Very Well.
I'd imagine that the rally would actually have music that goes a bit harder. Uplifting for sure, like some C-Sharp or Divine. In any case, have a listen while you read. It matches the mood of the vignettes well too.
I'm trying a new way of doing a compilation, where people suggest stories, vote on them, and then donations come afterwords to allow more freedom and variety in the process. Have a lookit!

Their magical abilities are starting to leak into the real world... That's not a good sign.
And Mr. Art Teacher? I'll have you know that furry and scaly art is very marketable these days. Have you been living under an anthropocentric rock?

It's meant to be a dig at basically any art teacher who is like "No character art, no comics, only REALISM".
Imagine how many more students would be excited about art if they were allowed to draw in a character style(like most all the art you see here), and then come back to realism to be like "okay now let's get our anatomy good, so that you can stylize it well".
I do need to go back and edit to make clear that the Westbourne CAR is magically charged/insulated, so as to allow for things like Fox to shift forms. He can't normally just do that walking down the street.

Seriously, I think that's part of what killed art class for me. Forget "marketability", I want to do it in whatever style I want!
