This is Mahina, a black jaguar (Panthera onca) from Jungle Cat World.

It was a hot summer day when this photo was taken and the jags certainly love a good soak in their tub. However, the more it gets used the dirtier it will become. The water will need to be drained and the tub refilled, but foreign is this process to Mahina. After the water was drained, Mahina climbed into the tub and made her case for more water, though she might have just been enjoying the sensation of being in the tub without any water. Who knows...though, I did get a wonderful photo of her while she waited patiently for the water to come back. Horray for bath time
