One of the #1 features a snake enclosure must have is to be escape proof! Snakes are incredibly muscular, thin, and they can be quite tenacious. If you go with the aquarium + screen lid (as pictured here) always have locking clips to hold it down, never try to weigh it down with books or something. Snakes are surprisingly strong and will probably be able to push it up!
These days I use enclosures I've built that are front-opening :) Glass aquariums are just used for displays at shows or temp quarantine housing.

I've never seen one stand perfectly on tail tip but kenyans have stubby tails, so I could almost believe it... still she'd have to basically pull herself up by the nose XD
There's a tiny ledge beneath the screen, she's kind of wedged part of her body in it and also braced a little at the corner (out of view at the camera)
