I like the color of the clouds in the bottom pic, but I'm a huge fan of the look of the lightning bolts in the top one. As for the dragon design, it looks way more appealing and crisp in the top pic, especially the color palette of the dragon itself (particularly in the horns, spines, and either side of the wing membranes!). Wonderfully done!
