...who was dubbed "Vulcuran" in the Amiga game "Barbarian" (1987)! Mr. Dean's original is my favourite painting ever and I've got a large print of it on my wall.
I wanted to do something entirely different at first that I don't know yet how to do, but this was fun, too. Also I've probably dated myself now.
I wonder... I darkly remember that there was a part of the box art that showed his actual tail but no matter what, I couldn't find it anymore and can't remember what it looked like.
