Android 17 was impressed by 16's size, almost twice his height. But he thought that if 16 was already extremely powerful with that amount of muscle mass, just how powerful would he be if he increased it?
I'm not really a fan of the hair style where parts of the head are shaved and other parts have hair grown out, and I'm not a fan of gaudy jewelry (which is why it's removed), but I would say Android 16's personality and body size cancels out all that. I love that he is a gentle giant and basically only uses his strength for good. If only he didn't die.
I wasn't a fan of 17 until he was good. His arrogance was just kinda annoying. But he would make a good candidate for 16's submissive bottom, even though it looks like 17 is in control here.
