One of my less original ideas, apparently; there are scores of these on dA. A reverse mermaid, a fish with legs and a bottom.
I didn't try to put sea in/around her, because I knew I'd destroy it if I did. I'll put a transparent blue layer over this before I submit it to dA as digital art. (I never submit exactly the same files to here and dA. I might upload different versions of a work to both, but never two exactly the same.)
