I run a weekly Castles and Crusades Game for my wife and a friend of mine. These are two NPC's who have started following the Party, they are goblins so they are like 3ft tall.
I feel that monsters sometimes get a bad wrap, yes Goblins are pretty much for eep grinding but these two joined the Party because well they talked to them o.O.

Basically their Tribe had had some bad years and their numbers were pretty damn low. All the other Humanoid monsters stomped the crap out of them and a Roving Tribe of Orc's pretty much supplanted themselves as the goblins masters. Long story short they treated the goblins like crap. When given the opportunity to Change that from the Adventurers, these Two decided it was better to join them then go back to being treated like crap.
Glick is played by me, he's a currently a Ranger / Fighter hybrid. Slowbad >.> well... he's pretty much the torchbearer.

Anyways, I was proud of these so i posted them :P
