You're proooooobably right about that. The truth is that I just kinda guess at a lot of the weight values that end up on these references. Since Aster isn't our character, that would have to be something I address with his actual owner before I make those changes though.

It's not really a bad thing of course ^^ The idea can work quite well. Since their weights are different than they would be IRL (my guess for Aster would easily be in the 300's range) that means that fat is less dense than it is IRL. This could be used to explain the lack of "sag" for lack of a better word (don't get me wrong, I much prefer the more rounded and cartoony chub as opposed to anything hyper-realistic, I just like world building XD) and as a secondary consequence of the fat being less dense, the fat would act less like real fat when being squished, and would more act like something close to marshmallows or pillow fluff which is quite an appealing thought :3c

It's interesting that you mention all of that because in this universe magically capable people usually end up pretty plush. There are some examples on the page already where characters store mana in their bodies as fat. We've taken to calling it lipomancy (not an original concept by any means, just thought the name was appropriate to use).

my own 'sona Silvia uses something similar actually! I explained it away that because her magical core is malformed and small, she uses her own physical body and converts it into magic. Because of this, in order to use magic, without having her muscles, or any other important parts break down, she needs to keep up a fairly plump figure owo

It's really cool to see more people using the idea. ^^
As we release more story content in the future, you'll see how implementations of lipomancy are used in CC's universe. Story elements that we are developing will rely heavily (pun intended >w>) on characters getting large in order to cast giant spells. Most of the time it's used to supplement existing magical ability, but having to use it for survival is something I had thought of as well! Seems like we're thinking the same way. X3
