Description: Around this time in southern California in two thousand six there were two furry event house parties in the Orange County area. There was "Rick and Tess'" in Anaheim, then another one neighboring in Irvine. I only went to both of them once because the travel distance was just too prohibitive at the time to make a regular occurrence of.
Rick and Tess' house party would disband in the next couple of months when the couple left southern California for travels further north into the bay area. The other house party, I'm not really sure. The Prancing Skilitaire would then come into play to give furs a monthly meetup to attend outside of convention events.
Before all that happened though, I met Skadjer at the house party in Irvine and because I carried my sketchbook everywhere with me I asked if he'd do my three headed Centaurpede character. I didn't really give him any ground rules to follow and this is the humorous sort of scene that he came up with, showing me trying to do a routine thing while the other two of me goof off and cause havoc.
Skadjers attention to detail with the fine black lines is just exquisite. However this would be the only time I ever commissioned him, and from the looks of his FA profile, he's long gone now.
