everything in her life was fine until she turned 5.
at 5 she started growing points to her ears and her canines began enlarging. Her family 100% knew what this meant, as her father has lycanthropy in his blood (which he HATES). her parents acted swiftly and abandoned her at her uncle's place, where she grew up until she was 12.
At 12 she was kidnapped by a secret military sect that wanted to create the ultimate dog soldier and utilize the werewolf gene present in many people. this was called the Fenrir Project. With a name like that, people should have seen the shit storm coming.
Avery was tormented, pushed to her limits, mutilated (some inflicted by herself), emotionally repressed- the list goes on.
she eventually got out when she was 20 and took off towards the last known location of her old best friend, June.
