Well, the glass pictured is really more for lighter or amber beers. (With the tulip part towards the top). Guinness that I've seen served is usually in a Conical Pint glass or even a Nonic Pint. I suppose that it tends to vary from place to place, but usually dark ales and stouts are served in a Conical Pint.
