Crystal breaks free of her bonds before the girls are helped with getting Grace out of there. Santa tries reasoning with Crystal which doesn't work out, so now it's up to Maggie and Mrs. Calloway to take care of her by insulting her looks where it will be enough for her to try and attack them the same way she did with Grace. It appears to be working, since Crystal is very sensitive to someone criticizing her looks like the cows are.
