Well, this was a piece that's supposed to keep me from failing english class. However, I just feel as though it's horribly rushed and too much was forced into it... *hint* look for American Naturalism and Romanticism *hint*
I really value any comments on this piece, as I feel it has a lot of potential, but I jsut can't work on it anymore right now. I might revisit it later, so any criticisms to make it better woudl be greatly appreciated.

well, as i mentioned, this was horribly rushed. I was originally going to put it to where Fahla was a higher ranking Sylvii and Draci's sorta-girlfriend... though she was critical of him, as shown throughout.
The time changes were a necessity... at least I thought so. It took away from the sense of reality and sorta blurred what was "real" and what was a romanticized memory. The dragon was supposed to be a voice of reason, to point out the fallicies of the thought processes of society, but I don't think I pulled that off quite right.
Though, at the end, she was the one in the right, being embraced by the river [and the earth too] where as dracil, the true monster, was rejected by everything. Hehe.
Well, I'm glad you liked it ^.^
