This last Sunday was Corpus Christ, the Feast of the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ. I had intended to draw something for it, but I never got around to it until this week. I started during a meeting before anyone else showed up, and finished it on my lunch break.
I think this is the first scene I've actually drawn.
Anyway, here I am kneeling in adoration before the Blessed Sacrament which is currently in the monstrance on the altar. I'd imagined a depiction of the Last Supper where the Cross is, but I'm not that good an artist.
The prayer at the top is something I wrote down to settle my mind before I started drawing.
I wish more parishes would have Eucharistic Adoration on a regular basis!
And one last shout out to my Christian brothers and sisters: this Friday is the Feast of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, and Saturday is the Feast of the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
Dominus vobiscum

And that day is now! I'd like you to fill me in on every detail you can about this Feast of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, it feels really intense... it brings up a mental image of one needing to bite into God's heart just to survive, though that may not be very accurate...
Hey Aaron! Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. I've been rather busy lately.
I've found an excellent summary of the Sacred Heart, Devotion to it, and the Feast Day, all in one location on a Catholic site I sometimes visit:

I hope this helps whet your appetite!
