I agree. Obviously Freydar and Shun tried to tackle Cookie believing she would accept the obvious trap, like what she would probably do on Freydar's time, or even when she tried to pay Adelgund and Peki's manager (and, while I feel bad for the two, that old turtle fucker can choke for all I care);

But looks like Cookie is learning with her mistakes, and finally noticing sometimes a shortcut can actually be down a giant abyss.

Yeah, this time Cookie has gotten more wiser and is being more careful not to walk into any more traps her enemies might have for her, like how Shun used Nyarai on her. Indeed the squirrel has indeed learned the lessons of her failures at last, and she is trying to provide her girls a better path to go through.

Cookie is growing! As a character. Learning her lessons and everything. Good going, you! Kalita might not like it, but hopefully she'll just let off that steam by trying even harder during the competitive stages. I especially like the lesson of "never fight an unknown enemy". That one is especially wise.

Good call. Who say Freydar's challenge would be fair and square? Once on the ring, her combagals may don't care about winning, but just to deal as much damage as possibile... Even if they win, they may came out with severe injury and be unable to fight for the title anyway...

Magnificent that Cookie has now gotten wiser. It's a smart idea not to take a rushed, easy and cheap path to victory. Also "not to fight an unknown enemy" is also sound common sense. Kalita of course isn't all too keen on this, with how she thought the Tendonchi challenges are dumb to her and she wanted to fight big time. But the Tendonchi challenges may do some good to her though. Muko of course is happy with Cookie staying on course.

Cookie(and in minor part Muko too) is growing out of her self destructive pride and hurry for getting back her old glory.🤔👍

Cookie certainly grew up. The Cookie from the previous parts would have accepted the challenge out of desperation to move forward without thinking of the consequences. Then again, it's implied that Cookie's decision is also based on her trauma with Freydar as well. Regardless, I am happy with her progress.
