Well, it DOES explain what's written on the note that Miskey sent to the gang at the end of KH2. And apparently the graphics are comparable to the PSP. I'm just surprised we're getting it AT ALL, considering Square's usual track record of getting exclusives outside of Japan (curses at injustice of no Final Mix releases).
Well, the logic of the scene is that Xion's appearance is shaped by people's perceptions of her. Her baseline appearance - an altered Kairi - is because those memories of Kairi and his feelings for her are strongest in Sora's mind. Axel and Roxas see her as their friend, therefore her hood is down and they can see her face. Most of the members of Organization XIII see her as a pawn or tool, so her hood is up. Xemnas and Xigbar knew Ventus, so they see Xion as Ventus. As to WHY a clone/copy of Sora somehow reminds them of a boy from several years ago… heheheh.
LOL I've actually thought about that before, and someone I know [don't remember who] came up with a theory that sounds about right, however, every time I think I know what's going on in a Kingdom Hearts game, I am always hilariously wrong.
Most of the time I try not to think ahead, that way when they pull an omg plot twist, I'm all like "GASP".
...Although I'll admit that most of the plot twists since game 1 have been so confusing that I usually can't tell they even just happened. 5 Seconds later, I'm always like...wait...wait, what?
