Sindri may be a wendigo after that incident in his past but he still tends to like helping out towns and villages, though he usually has to shift and disguise himself, mostly favoring to look like he did as a human before his curse, or sometimes as a sort of big anthropomorphic deer man, making himself look less undead since it was less frightening to see Deerfolk than it was to see a Wendigo roaming about your home, and most of the work he does for towns is protect them from brave and dangerous wildlife, invaders, and hunt down high risk bounties since he can't die through normal means with only about four or so things being able to truly end his run. He does tend to prefer the areas where its colder though as he can control the winter's weather to a small extent and try to lessen the season's burden on others, feeling as if though he's been given a debt he needs to pay from becoming an entity that is feared and hated by most he encounters, so when he wants to be himself he'll just go a bit far from the town and have himself a few drinks to relax in the cold, watching over the whole town itself.
