This is my only one so far. I have several designs laying around, a booji boy portrait (from devo) and a rockabilly traditional piece, but I want them on my arms, and I've been saving that til I move out since I've had some family deaths and my grandmother's been clingy (she's also super anti-tat). Moving to Cali in 3 months so its not a big wait XD

Yeah, any flabby parts (around the armpit, inside the arm) was horrible, but the outside and shoulder was alright

Yup colours can be added after, shading just adds depth and whatnot, makes it look more finished

Lol thanks for the good luck, I'm hearing mixed things about how it compares to the line work, but either way its fine, the outcome will be totally worth it. This is actually RIGHT after I got it (like 3 hours after), its only now starting to scab, I'm using all my will power not to scratch D8

Now about the scabbing. i think maybe a bit of vasoline a day. not a lot but a little bit.. to help it from drying out completely.
(i say vasoline because it's a completely natural petroleum jelly) less dry will equal less itchy i think.
i'm not a hundread percent sure on it. but maybe ask the person who's doing your tattoo if a bit of vasoline would be a good idea : }

I'm using this really mild lotion, the lady who did my tattoo said to avoid vasoline (can't remember why, maybe it clogs the pores or something?) and polysporin, bacause it would cause the tattoo to heal and fade

hence why i say " ASK A PROFESIONAL FIRST" lol.

and yeah. vasoline is sooo thick! i can totaly see how it would clog the pores.
