TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, it means you've read and accepted all of these terms.

Any serious offence caused by not agreeing or not reading my TOS will result in a warning and if ignored, in a block/blacklist.

General
-Inquiries about the DTA (date of arrival) must be done after the payment is sent.
-You can issue a refund only if I have not started the piece.
-I have the right to decline your commission if I'm not comfortable with any concept, design or idea.
-Please include a ref sheet, or at least an example drawing of your character. I cannot work from descriptions only.

Payment/Pricing
-I only take payments via Paypal in USD. Payments are upfront.
-I take no responsibility if there was a mistake/error sending the payment through Paypal, I can not refund you money that never reached my hands.

Edit policies
-I offer ONE free redraw/fix within 48 hours of sending the completed piece. This applies ONLY to errors I've done on the design or misinterpretation of your request.

Repost/Use policies
-I retain the right to post and use any and all final art/WIP/sketches.
-Commercial distribution of the commissioned piece is strictly prohibited.
-You can repost the commissioned piece as long as you credit me in the description with a link to my gallery/profile. You're not allowed to repost it in sites that lack this feature.
-Only repost the signed version of the piece.
-It is strictly forbidden to make bases, P2U, YCH, use it as placeholders of any kind, trace over the piece and specially removing my signature on the piece and/or claiming it as yours.
-You can print, modify (Resize, Adding filters, Make banners, Stamps, etc.) for personal purposes.
