This is the site setup I had for TTATC 10, which is an event that takes place in Minnesota. It is not a furry event, but they welcome everyone.
For this event, I supplied radio equipment for the event staff and medics, which included a radio repeater (can be seen in another photo of mine). The mast behind the camper is about 30 feet tall, and has the radio repeater antenna at the very top. The Yagi antenna (kinda pie shapped) towards the top is for the LTE repeater I use.
I also supplied generator power for the event in the form of a 14kw diesel generator. I prefer diesel over gas, as they are typically much quieter, have much larger fuel tanks (and therefor, longer run times between refueling), and not as dangerous as gasoline.

For this event in 2020, yes, 14kw was enough. The event was much smaller though. This last year (2022), we got a 45kw dual-wound genset (120/208 3 phase and 277/480v 3 phase out of the same alternator). We had a really long run (over 1000ft) to power, so we used the 277/480 for that with a step down transformer, and the 120/208 for everything else. Probably ran close to 75-80% load most of the time.
