how he ended like this? several posibilities. more probables are
1) he accepted a bet about he can escape from the jacket in x time, and actually he is progressing quite good. Give him some time and he can escape from most bondage techniques

7) The straitjacket actually belongs to Anais Sugny. The Lioness, apart from her love of climbing and job as a kids' party animator, is also a magician. Despite her expertise in 'illusions' she wants to try her paw at escape artistry. She's already got a friend in Lucy Baaltimore, a 'Sheep in Wolve's Clothing' as despite her small stature and her work as a grocery cashier/voice actress she has a thing for bondage, and she couldn't possibly pass the opportunity to help Anais if it meant tying up a good friend, not to mention the tickles she can use as punishment for not escaping in time (Though Anais loves a good tickle XD)
Here Marcos has either accepted a dare, testing out the straitjacket to be assured there's no hidden tricks to it, or he attempted to wear/escape the jacket without asking permission first to use it.
