Introducing Foenna, the most stern, snooty and fluffy ruler you could possibly meet. Except you absolutely won't get to meet her since she stays in her heavily fortified floating citadel high in the sky literally looking down on all those beneath her. She gave certain civilisations powerful technology and energies she created and gifts creatures and dragons she deems worthy deity status and elemental powers...in exchange for her total control and constant judgement/monitoring. Keeping track of everything on her holo-panel at her throne, she sends her cybernetically enhanced Raiviinyrn underlings to fly down to the surface should anything/one fall out of line or underperform...or for surprise assessments. Been working on this character for a few years and now finally happy with how she turned out. She is big because lab experiments, which also explains her eyes for those curious. Drawn with markers, pencils and fine liners :D
