WWellll y'know. It's not a force of nature. It still has intelligence and decision behind it.
The black hole just does what it does, regardless of your schedule, when you're supposed to wake up for work, and doesn't care if it was the anniversary of your first love's relationship starting.
It just... Spins and pullls. It's the hurricane from which nothin returns.

I dunno, but it's the surface of the black hole apparently.
It's all theory, but one interesting theory that was probably inspired by quantum beliefs is that the event horizon exists solely to divide the rules and laws of our observable universe's physics from the different rules and mathematics that lie within the black hole.
Soo.. Where's the event horizon? I guess it's anywhere the edge of the universe exists. The universe may be more of a chaotic honeycomb of caves through which time and space bend, but this is just rambling. Unexpert. Really dumb sci-fi pseudo understanding.
