there, didn't name it something silly this time like "oops now they're wet boys" lol

after looking through a bunch of my fav mer and naga arts yesterday, got major uurrgeee to draw some Long Boys, so went and finished yet another species bend of these two :3c
haven't done a bigger-ish art in a while due to the low part of my art energy cycle, but my bois/special interests pull me right back into it sometimes xD
despite simpler shading and lack of background, it took over four hours, cause designing things takes a bit more time than when I have complete muscle memory over a design, and I took a bit more time with my lines and such this time I think. also kai is vaguely koi-inspired, but raz is... raz, haha

also kind of borrowed the pose from an older adrien/axle art but the great thing about bein' my own artist is I can do whatever I want like that ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ
