After Konogo squash the criminal dog anon he finished him off by grinding him underpaw, after that he then slowly raise his foot and the dog anon was literally squashed like gum and as well as stuck to Konogo's paw as he was being stretch off from the ground.

After that Konogo check his under his paw to see the dog anon flattened and stuck and still alive, Konogo then decided to turn him but probably keep him stuck to his paw along the way, hope peacekeeper force don't mind accepting squashed criminals.
