Select and make your first pick!

I figured it was about time I got myself an avatar here, and what better choice for a fighting game fan than something resembling a character select square! Based off of the Marvel Vs. Capcom 1 select screen (I know I've been quoting 3rd Strike, but Ralus isn't my first pick for a hero, so no "Select Your Hero" here). The avatar version loses the UI to focus more on Ralus. I might make a P2 version with my other OC, Dhaxon, at some point, who knows?

Hoo boy, hands. I've struggled with them, and will probably continue to struggle with them for a good long while. Even with me using a reference, it still doesn't look quite right. To paraphrase a Simpsons quote, "It took 25 tries, and THIS was the best one." Ah well, practice makes perfect, so I'll keep at it.
