Margaret's quite notorious for her strict adherence to schedule and anyone being late for work will get reprimanded, no matter who they are.

Do not confuse it for her being an uncompromising bitch though, she's willing to overlook justified instances and she doesn't mean any malice. She expects the best out of everyone and she will even help them out when they're in trouble.
