I like being mean to cartoon characters. 😄

I randomly drew this after drawing Retro!Rigby and Wakko. I wanted something with the two of them together and... my mind went to dark places.

I love joking about dunking my characters in that stuff, because I'm... kinda sick. Why does anyone like being around me? 😕

(I won't dunk them in there, don't worry. I'm still shaken from the poor toon shoe... 😰 But, it's fun to threaten them with it. 😈)
