-There's a black sail on the horizon of clouds! (not on the picture this idea just came to me).
-Pirates! They must have been hiding in the clouds with their ship, and there about to ambush us in this very moment.
-Yarr to late you sea dogs! We ambushed you guys by now!

So in short the ship we can see is not the pirate ship it the one going to be looted. This is a luxury ship as you guys may notice it has fancy drives and sails, and it all painted like the luxury ships does. Actually I have a rough sketch what I did while I was brainstorming. It's somewhat like a smaller cruiser with 5 decks has 1 chimney and 3 sails and some more mounted on the 4 side engine, we can see the 4 engines back on this picture.

And our buccaneer here is the new type of pirate specialized of taking over ships fast. They hide in clouds drop of their ship and fly over to the targeted vessel undetected. This is how they arrive. Surprise your being pillaged. :3 Some part of him is cyber like the arms. :D Yay for flying cyber pirates!
