Happy New Year!

Uhh... This really isn't how I was expecting to make my first piece of art for the year, but here we are with another recolor on my end. So a couple years ago, Twitter user TheRaichu_ celebrates Raichu every January and invites others along to do the same, dubbed JanCHUary. I, being a fellow Raichu fan, ended up joining in then and last year too, ultimately recoloring older art then and creating a Raichu form for Doughshi. Wouldn't you know, that got me back into art for the year!

So here I am again, with something on the first day of the year. It's not original, sadly, but because I'm just off the heels of redoing Cinnamon, I figured she deserves some time in the spotlight again, with an Alolan Raichu form! It pairs wonderfully with her Psychic powers, now with a little more spark!

You should join in JanCHUary if you're a fellow fan of Raichu, they are the best Electric-types! You can fight me on that.

Update → January 3, 2020 • Fixed an incorrect color around the left eye area, changed the cheek color to cream, adjusted the blue area of the tail, and added the smartwatch. Also, uploading the new file has properly fixed the image and no longer shows a black background.
