Might I get a quick summary of sorts for that story? I would like to know if I'd be interested in it. ^^

The story is about Tommy who lives a normal live in small town. One day he meets a mysterious girl (the second one from above on the left side on the picture). He get`s a special candy from her and transformed into a big, fat otter after he taste it.
Some hours later he meets Kate, a scientist who hopes to find a antidote against the transformation (she is the one with the glasses on the picture). She tells him that he is not the only one who transformed like this. Tommy decide to go with her to Hope Island, where people like him live together.
There he meets new friends and Andrew (the Panda) who fall in love for him. But what is it that Tommy want? Did he love Andrew too, or are the feelings something coming from his change? Are this true feelings? Will he ever be human again and who is this mysterious girl from that day?

Sounds rather mysterious! Amazing even. :3 Is it written anywhere? I can't quite find it.
