A simple lovely low cost meal that is so easy to make from the kitchens of dershep

Learned this from a Portuguese lady once.

I'm not sure if it's an official dish or not. but I make it all the time.
she told me she makes it, when she's too tired to cook.

Ingredients:

2 Medium Potatoes, quartered.
3 Whole Eggs
1 Can Tuna Fish
Olive oil
Vinegar
Salt and pepper

Method:

Put cut potatoes, eggs [in shell], in a pot, covered in water.
boil for 20-25 minutes.

transfer potatoes to plate, peel eggs, and cut up, and add to plate.
add one can tuna.

drizzle with olive oil, and vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.

easy as that.
