Dagger and Shao have been given tiny radios in order to amuse themselves (as diaries/journals), as currently, they are outlaws. Being unable to talk to fellow humans, and having such a... I think Perceptor is a pretty cool guy. eh examines shts an ppls and doesnt afraid of anything.
